Greetings from “Down-under” where the weather is hot and sunny, and the family visits are a blessing.
We continue in the season of Lent and pray that your journey through the desert is fruitful. This Sunday, the Rev. Dr. Ed Hird preached on “The Lenten Discipline of Self-Examination” from Proverbs 27:14-28 while Trevor led our music worship.

I was deeply moved to watch the latest Asbury Chapel message in which Humira Dale, an Asbury teacher, spoke of how God the Father healed her heart from the violence she experienced from her father in Pakistan.

A brilliant Global and Mail critique worth reading and reposting.  When will Trudeau actually answer a question about this latest scandal? How long will he get away with skating on this remarkable thin ice of denial and coverup? Will the NDP finally pull the plug on him?
