Join us this morning

I’m happy to announce that we’re having Church@Church this Sunday. This week we’re remember the birth of John the Baptist, the last of the great Old Testament prophets. John the Baptizer had much to say about who Jesus is. We’ll be contemplating John’s words this week.
This Sunday we’re also celebrating Fathers’ Day. For all of us who have ever had a father—we are grateful. Without our fathers, we would not be here. And of course we think of the greatest Father anyone could have—our Heavenly Father. (And for all the males who come to church this Sunday, there’ll be a present for you!)

So come, join us and help celebrate the history of John the Baptist. Here’s the announcement:

Church @ Church this Feast of the Birth of John the Baptist and Fathers’ Day—the 19th June at 10:00am

In case you missed it, you can find the service from last week (our Vision Sunday Service) by clicking here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JW8PYMkkWhU

Important Dates:
July 3rd Instructional Eucharist—a service explaining in detail all the parts of an Anglican service. Everyone is welcome
August 28th, after church, the World Bocce Tournament held at the Klenner’s home. Everyone welcome.

And one special request: the Elders at All Saints are looking for an accountant to help with our bookkeeping. If you know of someone who might be interested, please let me know. Thank you.

If you have any further questions about these events, or anything else for that matter, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thank you Church.
Stay vigilant and prayerful.
Love each other deeply and keep Jesus at the very centre of everything you do.
Blessings on all you do.

The peace of our Lord,

Join us this morning

I’m happy to announce that we’re having Church@Church this Sunday. This week is Pentecost Sunday and we’re celebrating the coming of the Holy Spirit and the birthday of The Church. During our Pentecost Sunday service you’ll hear many different languages spoken as we re-tell the story of how different nationalities heard the Gospel in their own language when the Holy Spirit fell in Jerusalem.

So come, join us and help tell the Pentecost story. Here’s the announcement:
Church @ Church this Pentecost Sunday the 5th June at 10:00am

In case you missed it, you can find the service from last week by clicking HERE.

Here are a couple of other really important announcements:

  1. Sunday the 12th June (next Sunday) is Vision Sunday. Two things are planned for that day:
    a. We’re going to have a Community Potluck Lunch after the service. Bring some food—everyone is welcome. (Please note that until our renovations are complete, we do not have facilities for either heating or cooling food.)
    b. At 2:00pm we’re hosting an All Saints Family Gathering to discuss the future of our building. We’d love your ideas and input. Everyone is welcome.
Please join us at 2:00pm even if you don’t attend the Potluck lunch.
  2. As the summer approaches we’re going to need help around the church: mowing lawns, gardening, helping with Sunday services, slide projection operators, etc. If you would like to serve in any way, please let me know.

If you have any further questions about these events, or anything else for that matter, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thank you Church.
