
As we celebrate the day Jesus—as an 8 day-old baby—was presented at the temple, we can ask the question: did Jesus ever claim to be God? We can answer that with a resounding “yes”! In the sixth chapter of John, Jesus makes the claim that He is the bread of life. It’s pretty clear from the text what “bread” means. No wonder the Jewish leaders wanted to kill him. This week, Jesus takes us even further. Not only is He the bread of life, but this bread is actually His own “flesh”! This Sunday we’ll explore what Jesus meant by that statement. We’re also going to fellowship together with a pizza lunch after the service.

Important Dates:
• All Saints Pizza Lunch after the service this Sunday. We’ll provide the pizza and drinks. You bring your family and friends. Everyone is welcome
• This week the service will finish slightly early, and Adrian will fly a camera drone over the congregation to get film for our new video “Oikos 2023.” You’ll all be movie stars!
• Next Thursday Feb. 2nd we begin our Thursday Support Group. Join us for dinner at 6:00pm and Bible Study for 7:00pm. Everyone is welcome.
